Any day can be Taco Tuesday with this delicious, easy-to-make crunchy taco salad.
INGREDIENTS- 1oz bag Protes Zesty Nacho Chips
- 1/2 cup seasoned ground beef (or other protein)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup cooked kernel corn
- 1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 2 tbsp salsa
- In medium or large bowl, mix lettuce, rice and Protes chips.
- Add ground beef and corn.
- Top with salsa and shredded cheese.
- Grab a fork and enjoy!
