Time to welcome 2016 into our lives everyone! I’m sure 2015 was filled with both ups and downs for all, us included here at ProTings protein chips. What’s important is that it’s a New Year and it’s time for a new you!
If you’ve been a constant gymgoer, exercise fanatic, or burning calories one way or another, that’s great, keep it up! Keep doing your thing and keep seeing the results; don’t stray too far from your path.
If you’re one of the many that try to start up a new healthy regiment in the New Year, I wish you the best of luck. Make sure you commit to BOTH diet and exercising. Give it at least 4 weeks and see how you feel after January. I’m willing to bet you feel more energy throughout the day, you’re feeling confident with your improved body, and just overall feeling healthier. If you don’t, I would guess you’re slacking on maintaining an improved diet, as that’s more than half the battle in this health game.
